Payment: Payment for the use of the widget must be made in full before the widget will be made available to the customer.
Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for the widget once it has been made available to the customer.
Support: Support for the widget will be provided during normal business hours, and any issues or bugs will be addressed as soon as possible.
Accessibility: The widget is designed to make the customer’s website more accessible and conform to web accessibility standards. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their website is accessible before installing the widget.
Customization: Customizations to the widget are available at an additional cost and will be performed on a case-by-case basis.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
Warranty: The widget is provided “as is” and the company makes no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: The company’s liability to the customer for any damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the widget.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
Modifications: This agreement may be modified only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
Compliance with Laws: The customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of the widget.
By using the widget, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
